General terms of sale

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the contractual relationship between José Antonio Vargas Lebrón, owner of the website hitachimagicwand.es (hereinafter, "the Seller"), and the user making a purchase through that website (hereinafter, "the Customer"). By completing an order, the Customer expressly accepts these Terms.

1. Subject matter

The Seller markets the Europe Magic Wand personal massager and its accessories as an authorised distributor in Spain and Portugal. These Terms apply to all orders placed through www.hitachimagicwand.es.

2. Purchase process

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
  • Review the cart contents and proceed to checkout.
  • Provide correct and complete shipping and billing details.
  • Select a payment method and confirm the order.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller sends that confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order for justified reasons (price error, out-of-stock, incorrect data), in which case the amount paid will be fully refunded.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices published on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with current Spanish regulations, unless otherwise expressly stated. Shipping costs are shown separately and detailed before confirming the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, already-confirmed purchases will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment methods

The Seller offers the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: secure payment via PayPal account or credit/debit card through the PayPal platform. The charge is made at the time of order confirmation.
  • Credit/debit card (SumUp): secure payment by Visa, Mastercard or other accepted cards, processed via the SumUp gateway. Card data is managed by SumUp and is never stored on our servers.
  • Bank transfer: the Customer must transfer the amount to account ES28 1465 0100 95 2023252975 (BIC/SWIFT: INGDESMM), account holder: José Antonio Vargas Lebrón, referencing the order number. The order will be processed once the transfer is received, which may take 1–3 business days.
  • Cash on delivery: the Customer pays the order amount in cash upon delivery. This method may carry an additional charge, which will be indicated during the purchase process.

5. Product availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the Seller will notify the Customer and either issue a full refund or, if the Customer agrees, ship the product as soon as it becomes available.

6. Shipping and delivery times

The Seller ships to Spain and Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores). Indicative delivery times are:

  • Iberian Peninsula: 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Balearic Islands: 48–96 business hours.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5–10 business days (additional customs charges may apply).
  • Mainland Portugal: 48–96 business hours.
  • Portuguese islands (Madeira and Azores): 5–10 business days.

These times are indicative and may vary due to causes beyond the Seller's control. Times do not apply to bank-transfer orders until the payment is confirmed.

7. Invoicing

The Seller will issue an invoice for each order, available in the Customer's private area or sent by email. The Customer must provide accurate billing details during the purchase process.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
